The Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce Dinah-Mites will be on hand for a ceremonial ribbon-cutting to celebrate the district’s move to its new offices. A light lunch will be provided. Come join the celebration and see the new district office.

We’ve seen an uptick in confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our schools this week. Please remember, anyone who feels sick – faculty, staff, and students – should stay home. If you're waiting for the results of a COVID test, you should stay home. If you're quarantined due to a positive COVID test, you should stay home. Please do your part to keep our students and staff safe.

Finally, congratulations to the Uintah High Girls Tennis Team on winning the Region Championships yesterday as a team. Ashlyn Meier and Ella Wright (first doubles), Olivia Pope and Kaylee Jo Huber (second doubles), and Kalli Calder and Aspyn O’Dell (third doubles) all earned championships. Maurlee Luck (second singles) and Anna Baumgardner (third singles) each placed third. The 5A State Championships start Thursday at Liberty Park. Good luck, Utes!
