Sensitive Materials Challenge

The Uintah School District has established a process for challenging the use of curriculum, instructional materials, and library/media center materials that are believed to be "sensitive."

"Sensitive material" means a material that is pornographic or indecent as these terms are defined in Utah Code Annotated 76-10-1235.
