CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Complaints of discrimination should be filed with the individual’s principal or supervisor in accordance with
Uintah School District Policy 005.0320. If the complaint is against the principal or supervisor, the complaint may be filed directly with the Human Resources Director.
