Weekly District Update - Jan. 22, 2021
On Thursday, the state extended the mask mandate for Utah’s K-12 schools through June 15, 2021. A copy of the public health order can be found at

TestUtah is providing free rapid antigen testing for COVID-19 at Uintah High School until 3 p.m. today. Testing will resume tomorrow at UHS from noon to 7 p.m., with testing teams returning to the high school on Friday, Jan. 29, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday, Jan. 30, from noon to 7 p.m.
This free testing is open to anyone in our community. To register for a testing time, visit
https://coronavirus.utah.gov/utah-covid-19-testing-locations/. Online registration is recommended, but is not required. Individuals can also register on-site before being tested.
The district is still accepting applications for its K-12 Broadband Grant. This grant provides broadband access to families of students who have no internet service at home or limited internet speeds so that they can learn remotely.
More information about the K-12 Broadband Grant, including how to apply, can be found on the homepage of the district’s website or at this link:

Last but not least, good luck to the Uintah Uettes as they compete at region this weekend at Cedar Valley!
