Individuals who wish to provide online public comment about the proposed closure of Uintah Middle School and reorganization of the district's elementary and middle schools can do so by using this LINK.
Online comments can be submitted using this form until Dec. 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. This will allow the board time to consider your comments before it votes on Dec. 22, 2026.
Please note: Online comments submitted to the district may be subject to public disclosure under Utah law. Please do not include private information about students or other individuals. The survey takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Only the first question is required.

on Nov. 11, 2026, during a regularly scheduled business meeting at Eagle View Elementary
on Nov. 18, 2026, during a public hearing at Uintah Middle School
on Dec. 9, 2026, during a regularly scheduled business meeting at the district office
on Dec. 22, 2026, during a special business meeting at the district office
Participation via Zoom will be available for those who cannot attend these meetings in person. Agendas for all meetings will be posted on the district's public meetings portal and the Utah Public Notice website at least 24 hours in advance, as required by state law.
