The Uintah School Board will hold a public hearing tonight, June 3, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. to tentatively adopt the proposed budget for the 2026-2027 school year and the final amended budget for the 2025-2026 school year. The public is invited to attend and share comments on both proposed budgets.

The hearing will be held in the boardroom at the Uintah School District Office, located at 826 S. 1500 East in Naples.

Copies of the proposed 2026-2027 budget and the final amended 2025-2026 budget have been available for public inspection since May 4, 2026, at the district office. They were also posted on the district website on May 4, 2026, and may be accessed by clicking the Budgets button on the main page of the district website.

The district intends to stream the public hearing live on Zoom. Those attending via Zoom may also provide comments during the hearing, and instructions are available on the district’s website. The agenda for the meeting is posted on the district's public meeting portal, and includes the Zoom meeting link and passcode.

The district is unable to provide technical support for Zoom, and technical issues that arise during the public hearing may not be fixable in real time. To ensure comments are received, members of the public are encouraged to attend the hearing in person or submit written comments online for the board’s consideration.
