The Uintah School District has changed the company we use for online school fee payments. Our new provider, LINQ, was testing its email system this week and mistakenly sent multiple emails to some families. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
Parents/guardians should have received an email from LINQ ERP Fee Pay inviting them to set up an Alio Fee Pay account. This email is real, but it may be in the Junk or Spam folder.
If you have already signed up for an account, no further action is necessary.
Individuals who want to pay their studentās school fees online must sign up using the link in the email. The link is unique to the person who received it and cannot be used by other individuals. It is the only way for an individual to connect their account to their childās school fees. Signing up directly on the website later wonāt work.
The district is working with LINQ to make it possible for school finance secretaries to email a sign-up link to parents/guardians upon request. An announcement will be sent when this option is available.
NOTE: The change to the school fees payment system does not affect how parents/guardians add money to their childās school meal account. The meal payment system is staying the same.
As a reminder, parents/guardians are not required to pay school fees online. They may still pay in person at their childās school if they prefer.
