Ten school district employees pose for a photo. One of the employees in the middle holds a certificate honoring them as the Education Support Professional of the Year.

Congratulations to Meredith Manwaring, our Uintah School District Education Support Professional of the Year!

Meredith has served as a registered nurse in our district for 17 years, providing compassionate, expert care across multiple campuses, including Ashley Elementary, Maeser Elementary, Uintah Middle School, and Central Cove Early Learning Center. She holds an associate degree of applied science and her registered nurse license from Great Basin College and brings 22 years of nursing experience across emergency care, surgical recovery, forensics, and school health settings.

Beyond her clinical duties, Meredith is a certified American Red Cross CPR instructor, training more than 200 district staff members every year, and holds a Youth Mental Health First Aid certification. She is also a proud member of both the Utah School Nurse Association and the National School Nurse Association.

Meredith's dedication goes far beyond her job description. She builds individualized health plans, advocates for every student's well-being, and provides staff with training and guidance to ensure kids receive necessary care while attending school.

Thank you, Meredith, for all you do to serve our students and families in the Uintah School District!
