📅 Date: Wednesday, April 29
🕕 Time: 6 p.m.
📍 Location: The Fishbowl, located in the Commons at Uintah High School
This evening is a great opportunity to learn about the language programs and opportunities available at UHS, including:
🔴 Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Pathway
🔴 AP Spanish
🔴 USU Spanish Bridge Program
🔴 STAMP Language Proficiency Test
You will also have the chance to ask questions and connect with teachers, staff, and administrators.
🥨 Snacks will be provided!
We hope to see you there as we continue to support students on their bilingual and biliterate journey.

◾ What to Expect: A large number of first responders and emergency vehicles, including medical helicopters, will be present at both Uintah High and AVEC. This is a safety exercise, not a real event. Signs will be posted as reminders. Please do not call Central Dispatch to report activity at either campus on March 20.
◾ School Impact: There will be NO impact to elementary school students or students at Central Cove Early Learning Center. Friday, March 20, will be an online learning day for all 6th–12th grade students at:
▪ Eagle View Elementary
▪ Uintah Middle School
▪ Vernal Middle School
▪ Uintah High School
▪ Ashley Valley Education Center
Educational services for students with complex needs have already been arranged. Students should complete Friday assignments by Sunday at midnight. This schedule change allows secondary teachers to participate in the safety exercise if they choose.
Remember: This is a safety exercise, not a real event.

Keddy was recognized for his outstanding leadership, sportsmanship, and positive impact on student-athletes. As a Gold Star Coach, he is now under consideration for statewide recognition in the 4A classification. The UHSAA Sportsmanship Committee will announce the state-level winners in April.
