The Uintah School District will hold a silent auction on Sept. 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to dispose of surplus items located at the old Central Cove Preschool building, 250 S. Vernal Ave.
There is no registration process. Bidders will attach a bid sheet to the items they wish to purchase. Must be 18 or older to bid.
Items must be paid for on the day of the event. Cash only, or check with valid ID. Buyers are solely responsible for removing items and must have the proper means to do so.
Items must be picked up/removed by 4 p.m. on the day of the auction or they will be considered forfeited. (Exception made for the playground or similar items that require special equipment for removal.)
Serious bidders only. Visitors enter site at their own risk and are responsible for their personal conduct and safety. All items are sold as-is. All sales are final. USD reserves the right to void bids and/or have disruptive bidders removed from the premises.
