This vaccination event will use the Pfizer vaccine, which can be administered to youth 16 and up. The Pfizer vaccine is a two-dose vaccine. The first dose will be administered April 22. The second dose will be administered May 13.

Both events will run from 2:45 to 4 p.m.

Anyone who misses their second dose on May 13 will need to get the second dose from TriCounty Health or another Pfizer vaccine provider.

A consent form signed by a parent/guardian is required for individuals under the age of 18.

PRE-VACCINATION CHECKLIST 

Parents/guardians do not need to accompany their 16 or 17-year-old on April 22 or May 13 if the child has a consent form signed by a parent/guardian.

If there is inclement weather on either day, the vaccination event will be held in the high school's big gym.
