Uintah High School will host two volleyball matches on Saturday, Oct. 24, as part of the first round of the Utah High School Activities Association 4A state playoffs.
The following information applies to all fans attending the matches:
Attendance at each match will be limited to 650 fans, which is 50 percent of the gym’s capacity. Immediate family members of players are guaranteed entry to the game. If the gym reaches 50 percent capacity, fans will need to wait for someone to leave before they will be able to enter.
Tickets are sold at the door. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted.
Ticket prices are $5 for adults and kids. UHS students with an activities card and senior citizens get in free. Uintah High season passes and UHSAA passes will be honored.
(NOTE: Ticket prices increase after the first round of the playoffs. All other state volleyball playoff games will be held at the Sevier Valley Center in Richfield.)
Fans should ONLY attend their team’s match. Cedar Valley and Logan play at noon. The winner of that game plays Uintah at 2 p.m.
The team that loses the first match and its fans should exit the building as soon as possible after their match to allow UHS staff to clean the gym ahead of the second match, and to reduce the number of people in the school.
Masks are required at all times inside the school, including in the gym.
Concessions will not be sold.
