Approval of Policy 009.0400 Dietary Services for
Children with Food Allergies and Other Special Dietary
Needs: (1st & 2nd
Approval of Pay Increase for CEPP Students: A motion was made by Shane Frost to approve the request to increase wages for students in the Community Employment Placement Program (CEPP). Perry Taylor seconded the motion; motion carried unanimously.
Approval of Repairs to West-Side Bus Garage Roof: A motion was made by JoAnn Cowan to approve the request to repair the roof of the west-side bus garage with asphalt shingles. Perry Taylor seconded the motion. Those in favor: Scott Ruppe, JoAnn Cowan, Perry Taylor, and Dr. Rodney Anderson. Those opposed: Shane Frost; motion carried.
Approval of Assistant Tennis Coach: A motion was made by Shane Frost to approve one assistant coach for the girls’ tennis team and one assistant coach for the boys’ tennis team. Perry Taylor seconded the motion; motion carried unanimously.
Approval of Administrators onto Educator Evaluation
Committee: A motion was made by JoAnn Cowan to approve
the appointment of Principal Deborah Chatham, Principal Kathy Hawkins, and Lee
Gagon to serve on the
Approval of Revisions to Policy 005.0630 Sick Leave: (1st Reading) A motion was made by Scott Ruppe to approve the revisions to Policy 005.0630 on first reading, with the elimination of section 2.2.2.1 and the addition of “the decision of the Director of Human Resources will be final” to section 2.2.2. Perry Taylor seconded the motion; motion carried unanimously.
Approval of Revisions to Policy 005.0631 Sick Leave

Revisions to Policy 006.1200 Standards of Conduct and Due Process: A motion was made by Scott Ruppe to table Policy 006.1200. Shane Frost seconded the motion; motion carried unanimously.
Approval of Administrative Intern Program: A motion was made by Shane Frost to approve the request to implement a district administrative intern program. JoAnn Cowan seconded the motion; motion carried unanimously.
District Dashboard: As per School Board request, a District Dashboard report has been developed and was distributed to Board members for review.
