Uintah School District Speech & Hearing Program will be completing their annual Hearing Screening for all 5th and 8th grade students during February. Parents will be notified if students fail the initial screening and the recheck. You will not be contacted if your child has normal hearing. Results will be placed on all permanent files. If you have questions or do not want your child screened, please contact your school administrator. |

Parents of Uintah High School Students
On Tuesday March 6th, all juniors will have the opportunity to take the ACT at NO CHARGE. School will begin for all juniors at regular time (7:45a.m). Sophomores and seniors will have a half day of school beginning at 11:30. Students who must ride the bus will be directed to a room for study time or an activity. It is VERY important that ALL juniors be to school by 7:45a.m. so that the test may begin on time. This is a great opportunity for ALL juniors.
For those students who need to ride the bus, buses will run at normal times, but students will have a specific area they will go to for either study time or an activity. If your student does not want to come at normal time and they are a sophomore or a senior, please make arrangements for them to arrive by 11:30 a.m.
