003.0300 BUILDING PRINCIPALS QUALIFICATIONS

The building principal is the administrative and supervisory head of his or her school. He or she is responsible for administering the policies of the school board, under the direction of the superintendent.

No person shall be eligible to hold the position of principal unless he or she meets the certification requirements of the Utah State Board of Education.
