Business Office Goals 2009-2010
The following are the Business Office Goals for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. These goals have been developed by the Business Office Staff and are intended to be in line with the district’s goals and core values as established by the Board of Education and district administration.

  • Meet all requirements and deadlines of USOE’s accurate, complete, and on-time requirements for financial and statistical reports.
  • Implement a training schedule and curriculum to educate employees regarding PTO, Sick Leave Bank, and Life Insurance offered through the school district.
  • Provide URS Retirement Training for employees in the district to increase awareness of benefits.  
  • To develop a better understanding of business office procedures as a whole, each business office employee, will, on a quarterly basis, select one area of a co-worker’s responsibilities and learn about it.  
  • Create a Powerpoint Presentation on each Benefit in the school district.  
  • Create a procedure manual for all of the major Business Office functions.  
  • Each Business Office employee will participate in a school program such as reading to students, classroom visits, etc. to help them stay in touch with the purpose of the business office; that of supporting the mission and vision of the school district in ultimately educating children.
