As members of the educational team of Uintah School District the Maintenance Department will continue to provide comfortable and sustainable facilities.
Goals
Utilize and evaluate our preventative maintenance program in an effort to reduce annual energy and resource use.
Identify facility systems that are particularly prone to energy use by monitoring each facility system on a quarterly basis.
Identify and evaluate timing, training and resource use for each maintenance craft.
Develop an energy management committee within the maintenance department to track quarterly resource and energy use of each facility.
Identify capital replacement priorities for one, 3, 5 and 10 year facility assessment evaluations and provide school district administration with realistic replacement values.
